Terms of sale and service.
We accept and prefer PayPal for secure transactions, we also except Visa, Mastercard and discover. We do not except checks cash or money orders for online orders, we will not except any of these payments if sent to us.
Orders are processed with in approximately two business days, provided the item is in Stock and no problems with payment and shipping address verification. Orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays, orders placed on Fridays will be processed the following business day (Monday). Once carriers have your package we are no longer in control of the package or delivery time. We will do our best to help resolve issues with carriers but will not be held responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carrier.
Free shipping products will be shipped via USPS. Tracking number will be provided and a signature will be required Upon delivery. Regular shipping items will be shipped UPS Ground at buyers expense and will be processed with in 2 business days. Certain products may be picked up in store located in Pasco WA with in 24hrs of confirming your order.
Returns and exchange:
At Plaza DC customer satisfaction is very important to us, we offer a 30 day exchange policy for Store credit, we do not refund money. Defective products will be exchanged or store credit given if product is discontinued or no longer available. Buyer is responsible for return shipping at own expense and product must be in the same condition it was received, we will not except worn or damaged goods. Our products go through an inspection before shipping to the buyer to ensure top quality. All exchanges should be directed to Plazadelcalzado@gmail.com we will give further instructions for processing your return.
If the product doesn't meet our return requirements we will send product back. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee if applicable on certain products...
